\"jct31vbfkw6hsgbzd31y9edwwnzwl9ou50tnvxsg7q2aqjkk.jpeg.jpeg?w=1140&v=2\"It\u2019s December, a busy time socially in the calendar, including the event of the year this weekend as its the Hels Bells Christmas party! I\u2019m really looking forward to the event at Cafe Marina in Portishead.<\/p>

In December our training is sometimes forced to take a back seat due to social commitments, kids events and parties. The good news is that over the next three weeks there are 11 more evening training sessions taking place before we take a break for the festive period. I know committing to all 11 sessions is a big ask, but what I would suggest is you look at your diary, plan and commit to which sessions you know you can make between now and Christmas to support you to stay on track throughout the month. By planning it in to your diary you are more likely to stick to it! So how many sessions will you be attending between now and Christmas?<\/p>

Our club member of the month has been a super star the past few months at training. She has been committed and worked hard. Attending at least two sessions a week. The results are speaking for themselves. Her consistency has resulted in improved technique and an increase in the weights being used.<\/p>

I am delighted to announce our club member for this month is awarded to Ffion!<\/p>

Ffion has trained with Hels Bells for a number of years and whenever she comes to class she brings positivity and a smile. Over the past few years Ffion has trained online during lockdown and has taken part in our charity events including the kettlebell mile!<\/p>

Lately though she has worked super hard, making great strides with her technique. Not only that, she is using much heavier bells for all the kettlebell moves and even today achieved a goblet squat with a 24kg. Alongside using a heavier bell with her swings and the TGU.<\/p>

Over the years Ffion has had a few health issues to manage which has meant training has been a challenge. The consistency that Ffion has shown of late means she is feeling much better both physically and emotionally. Sometimes this can be hard to quantify. However Ffion has commented herself on how much better she is feeling.<\/p>

Ffion is a really kind and supportive club member, always encouraging others and a great partner to work with. Her sense of fun and energy is always welcome at class.<\/p>

Ffion you really deserve to be the Hels Bells club member of the month for November. Congratulations on all you have achieved, it really is a pleasure to coach and support you.<\/p>
