What a year it\u2019s been for Hels Bells club members, plenty of progress, plenty of gains and plenty of fun!<\/p>

December was no exception, after 7 weeks of hard and focused work we tested our progress of Simple and Sinister. It was such a pleasure to witness so many club members achieving S&S with a heavier bell than when they started. Every single person made progress.<\/p>

It was a great evening where the club awards were given and we raised \u00a3300 for a Bristol based charity called A Safe Place. It always good to spend time with club members socially.<\/p>

\"3v0lc2mq6chlyilepyssajyketbx9iuidtximyxj1qgsh2ym.jpeg.jpeg?w=1140&v=2\"After a lovely break over the festive period we are now back for a strong 2024! I am really looking forward to supporting club members over the coming year. <\/p>

However before we leave 2023 behind us we have one last award for club member of the month, and for December I am delighted to award the prestigious Hels Bells water bottle to Claire! <\/p>

Slowly but surely she has rebuilt her strength and over the past couple of months I have challenged her to up the weights, which she has managed admirably. Squatting and pressing a much heavier weight alongside improving her Simple & Sinister standard. <\/p>

\"28zof5msvafnf5kpzyud76t5hsflhdoxwipddmmgwywws6fy.jpeg.jpeg?w=1140&v=2\"Claire also joined the Hels Bells Premium Membership group in September; her goal was to make some lifestyle changes and in turn lose some weight and inches ready for a holiday over the festive period. <\/p>

\"t3cgvpsecoeanuxhy8n2l9udtt2ha06feirhnrjrjd5xmmrs.jpeg.jpeg?w=1140&v=2\"Claire has been super focused with both her training and nutrition. Reducing her total body fat by a staggering 14%, losing 8 inches across her body. Plus reducing her weight by 9lbs! She has commented on feeling much better in herself. With more energy and reduced bloatedness. Claire has trained consistently but also walked on a daily basis consequently her hard work has paid off. Claire has developed and practiced new habits which means they are now engrained and part of her daily actions to stay healthy and well. <\/p>

Supporting Claire is a privilege. She shows great determination and always works hard. As her coach I do get the odd eye roll when I challenge her to go a little bit heavier but it\u2019s always followed with a huge smile when success is achieved. <\/p>

Claire, congratulations on all you\u2019ve achieved throughout 2023. It\u2019s been a fantastic year for you and I can\u2019t wait to see what 2024 brings for you. <\/p>
