Another month passes and we are onto our 4th club member of 2024!<\/p>

This month we have started a new progression and are working on our push press. Alongside that there is a focus on TGU\u2019s.<\/p>

The April addition of the Hels Bells newsletter also fell into your inbox, did you receive it?<\/p>

The other exciting news is the Hels Bells website is really taking shape and will be live and ready for you to access soon. I am really looking forward to sharing it with you and would welcome your initial feedback once it\u2019s live. It\u2019s going to be great to have everything in one platform and should make it easier for people to find out about the club. <\/p>

As always the club member of the month is very deserved of the award. She\u2019s been training with the day time members for a year now and has made huge progress in that time. I am delighted to announce that Aprils club member of the month goes to Nicola.<\/p>

Nicola joined Hels Bells a year ago. She came with a good level of fitness and mobility as she is a Pilates teacher locally in Portishead, running her own business. Her aim when she joined was to increase her strength. Slowly but surely she has worked hard to make this happen. With a focus on understanding the technique Nicola diligently practices and is really making progress. Most recently upping the weight used for her TGU, press and swings. She attends class once a week but also practices at home in between time. <\/p>

Nicola brings a sense of positivity to every session and is supportive and kind of others in the group. Over the months we have had lots of fun and laughter in the sessions, because let\u2019s face it\u2026it\u2019s important to enjoy the process of getting strong alongside working hard. <\/p>

She is very coachable, listens to advice and works hard every single session. Using her Pilates knowledge to assist her with her kettlebells. <\/p>
