There are two elements to Hels Bells<\/p>
Day time small group training<\/strong><\/p> Day time sessions take place in the Hels Bells studio and have no more than 5 people in each class. So if you are looking for individualised coaching in a small group setting these are the classes for you.<\/p> One space available in January on Thursday 10-11am. . If you are interested please contact using the contact form for more information or to be added to the waiting list.<\/p> Day time classes run in line with the school term and are payable a term in advance.<\/p> Monday 9-10am , 10-11am<\/p> Tuesday 9-10am, 10-11am<\/p> Wednesday 9-10am, 10-11am, 12.30-1.30pm<\/p> Thursday 9-10am, 11-12am<\/p> Evening classes:<\/strong><\/p> Membership for evening classes is \u00a340 a month and includes all the classes listed below. The sessions take place at Gordano School, Portishead in the school gym.<\/p> To attend evening classes you must complete the Hels Bells induction, where you will be taught the kettlebell basics in order to keep you safe and injury free at class.<\/p> Next induction will take place on February 7th for evening membership. Contact me for more information about the next induction.<\/p> Monday 7-8pm<\/p> Tuesday 7-8pm<\/p> Wednesday 5.30-6.30pm<\/p> Thursday 7-8pm<\/p> Barbell coaching<\/strong><\/p> Monday 11-12am limited availability. \u00a3150 for a 6 week block.<\/p> Individual Coaching<\/strong><\/p> There is limited day time availability for one to one training.
