There is a definite nip in the air as I sit and write this outside early in September, however I am grateful for this long over due spell of good weather. I do feel sorry for the children though who are all returning to school this week just as the temperatures sore.<\/p>

August seems to have come and gone. I was very fortunate to escape the UK weather for two weeks in Turkey with my family. I have some great coaches who support me whilst I\u2019m away allowing me to take a much needed break. Classes continued and were well attended throughout the summer break!<\/p>

I have come back refreshed and am excited for the term ahead. Lots of things are happening! The August edition of the Hels Bells newsletter landed in your inbox last week. We have a night out planned to Flight Club in Bristol which I\u2019m very much looking forward to and high on my list of priorities is to book the Christmas party! Which will be here before we know it!! I am also offering a new service offering business coaching to other fitness businesses. Delighted to have two people signed up so far!<\/p>

Having scaled things back for the summer I welcome back the day timers. Many of my day timers have been training with me for 6 years now and I feel fortunate to coach such a great bunch. Evening classes are back up to 4 sessions a week. And a new progression is starting!<\/p>

Saturday saw the September induction and new members will be practicing their technique over the coming weeks! The next induction is on Saturday 30th September. Drop me a message if you are keen to get involved. It cost \u00a355 to sign up and includes a month of free evening classes which normally costs \u00a340 a month.<\/p>

This months club member has been training consistently over the summer, in fact she trains consistently all the time. Whenever she comes to class she bring with her a sunny disposition and a huge infectious smile, along with some amazing nail designs! It really is a pleasure to coach her.<\/p>

Sophie joined Hels Bells around 18 months ago. She\u2019s a keen runner and has recently completed an ultra marathon. Which is no mean feat. From the outset her goal was to improve her strength to support her ultra marathon training. She has certainly achieved her goal going from strength to strength. Sophie is confidently using a 16kg to TGU and recently achieved it with an 18kg. She has also increased the weight with her two handed swings. Showing that her consistency with training is paying off. She also feels the strength training benefited her in her recent challenge. <\/p>

She is so supportive of others in the club, kind and easy to work with. I know from others that they love to train with her. <\/p>

It really is a pleasure to award Sophie the club members award for August. I am excited to see where her strength goes over the coming months and am confident she will continue to improve, get stronger and progress. <\/p>
